David Richmond, PharmD, RPh, AAHIVP 

Dr. Richmond is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in outpatient care, specializing in HIV treatment and prevention. After earning his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco, he has spent over six years providing direct patient care, protocol development, and provider education in multidisciplinary settings.

He currently serves as the lead clinical pharmacist at River Road Medical Group, where he works under collaborative practice agreements to manage medication therapy and support chronic disease management.

His scope of practice includes initiating, adjusting, and discontinuing medications, as well as ordering and interpreting laboratory studies in collaboration with medical providers. He holds advanced certification in HIV pharmacotherapy and is committed to improving access to care through evidence-based practice and team-based collaboration.
