Katherine Schoonover, FNP

Katie joined River Road Medical Group in September of 2025. She has practiced primary care in the Eugene/Springfield area since graduating from OHSU's Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2010. Katie graduated from Calvin College's BSN program in 2004 and worked as a cardiovascular RN for several years before returning to school and moving to the Pacific Northwest. 

She appreciates buildling relationships with her patients and partnering with them to achieve their best health.

Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, rafting, hiking, camping (and most anything outdoors) with her husband and two sons.
